Five Star Apartment Living

My husband and I have lived at Baker Downs for 5 1/2 years.

Other complexes cannot even begin to compare.

The new office staff is wonderful.

Pamela and Kari are the nicest ladies we've ever had working in there.

The management, Susan and Kaye, are courteous and attentive.

Maintenance issues are always promptly attended to, usually the same day.

I've rarely made a maintenance request that was NOT taken care of within the same day or the next.

The maintenance staff is also efficient and courteous.

I've never had a problem with safety or vandalism issues, and have never felt unsafe either in my apartment or walking the grounds.

The clubhouse and weight room are great amenities that are avaialable to any resident and have never been anything less than excellent anytime I've used them.

I also happen to live on one of the duck ponds and love it.

If you're looking for a quiet, well managed, community than Baker Downs is the place for you.
