Baker Downs Apartments is centrally located in Baytown close to the hub of business and shopping. Prices remain in the low and comparable range. Baker Downs has made many recent improvements over the last 2 years including new roofs to the entire complex, and major parking lot repairs. The management and maintenance staff are wonderful. There are many long term happy residents who reside there. Any negative responses have probably been made by tenants who didn't pay their rent as this is the only reason for management to enter their apartment. I strongly suggest visiting the complex and seeing for yourself the well kept spacious units in Central Baytown.
