I have lived at Baker Downs for a long time and when I moved from a 1 bedroom to a 3 bedroom, the maintainance was horrible.

I have had so many A/C problems since I moved in and we have bugs, water smells like rotten eggs in the bathroom, carpet smelled of dog pee and I can go on and on.

I was happier in in the 1 bedroom but now that I moved into the 3 bedroom, this place is horrible and the manager is rude!!! She came to make sure the air was working and made comments about the windows and the trash outside..whatever lady...fix the AC and get out...I cant wait till the lease is up.
