After reading some of the previous comments I wonder how many apartments these people have lived in''' I have lived in a 3 bedroom apt. here for several years and have been very happy. Yes, the manager enforces the rules but it is for a better quality of living for the residents who want a clean, safe place to live. I also know that the police officer that lives on premises walks the areas all during the late night hours because I have seen him on numerous occasions and know who he is. After reading the comments about the manager, making personal remarks, that should tell anyone what kind of person is writing the comment. I think that anyone should come to Baker Downs and view the apartment before making any decisions.
