When we first moved in, Baker Downs wasn't too bad.
Irene and Karen were sweethearts and very willing to help out with getting the maintence requests taken care of.
However, the honeymoon was very quickly over.
Water being shut off in the complex at least once a month.
My apartment flooded, thanks to poor plumbing, three to four times before my husband and I moved out.
Carpet was not replaced and it took an act of congress to get help in there to get the soaked padding taken care of.
I reported problems many times and was told by the manager that she would pop over to take a look..my gosh! Why does she have to see it' Wasn't it enough that it was broken' Rats in the laundry room, stained carpet, and the so-called background check' FORGET IT! I will never go back there again and certainly will not recommend it to anyone.
