If your looking for a clean nice apartment then Baker Down is not the place for you. About 2 years ago my husband any myself moved into an apartment that had roach problemes, dirty restroom, and nasty carpet. The carpet I have been told for former residents had been flooded several times by the apartment next door tolient. Talk about nasty! When we asked for a replaced the managers responds was we have to wait until our lease is expired. If your looking for poor work man ship then this is the place for you.
