First of all this apartment complex is not very well lit at night at all. You can't see where you are going once you get out of your car. Secondly the maintenance here is not very good, we had leakage in our master bathroom that took a month or two to fix. Then they didn't even fix the problem the same leak occured again less than a year later.
The grounds of the apartment are not very well kept up, they let trash sit out on the ground for weeks at a time. The pool is not very clean, and the jacuzzi does not work right. It does not even have warm or hot water and the light does not work. Also at night there is only one light that works and that is inside the pool. Not well lit at night!! If you have noisy neighbors the office is not very willing to help. The outsdie of the building is not very well maintained. When Hurrican Rita hit we had a screen blow off our outside window and it has never been replaced.
When we first moved in here the apartment we were promised was not clean or ready for us so we had to be put into another apartment at the last minute. I would highly not recommend this apartment because it is not very well maintained. When we fist moved in back in May of 2005 the apartment was nice but since then it has drastically gone down hill!
