Baker Downs Sucks

I have only lived at Baker Downs for like 9 months, and I hate it.
I told them three months ago about a water damage spot on my bathroom ceiling and they still have yet to come look at it or fix it.
It took them 2 months to put a new weather seal on my front door.
When I moved in they told me if I had any criminal problems late at night to call them and they would have security there.
that didn't happen.
I had a guy try to break in so I called them and they told me they couldn't help and to just call the cops.
I have really noisy upstairs neighbors that I have complained about 3 times and it hasn't helped.
so me and my fiancee are about to get the hell outta dodge.
