Moved here with trepidation last year since
I was giving up my home. There were a few little problems but since mgmt change in October it has been wonderful. They are very attentive and quick to respond. The water pressures and temperatures are excellent and the utilities work great.
More than anything I feel safe here. Even though the rest of the apt complexes in Baytown have become crime targets this one never makes the Baytown Police Report. We are close to courthouse and police station and there is excellent screening of residents.
