Getting unusual notice like rent not paid, is usual thing, eventhough rent have been paid on time. It normally requires almost a month to see a maintenance people to fix problem in time. I almost stayed like a month without ac in my apt. Just wanna suggest everybody, Baker Down Apt is the worse place you can ever imagine.
