Quiet during the day but by night it's a different story.

I moved in May of this year and my lease is up in October and I'm moving out. It looks mice from the outside but it has a lot of problems. Very loud at night, police called almost every day. We have officers living in the community. Maintenance is bad, my mailbox door was off for 4 days before they replaced it. There's black mold in the bathrooms, on walls and they won't do anything about it. I'm only 18 so I choose the first thing that came my way. It was $99 to move in they didn't do a credit check so I was eager to move in but now I'm just as eager to move out.
