This place is trashy. Maintenance never came when they were supposed to sometimes it took months before they even showed up. Got into a fight with management because I later found out they were embezzling money and they didn't want to give back the deposit or the pro-rated fee for moving out in the middle of the month. Apartment always smelled like sewage because the drainage was not good. Kids go around scratching cars at night and usually toys or bikes get thrown into cars. Almost every night something was going on. If it wasn't loud music, to gun shots, to people fighting in the streets, to people throwing bricks into car windows, to police running through looking for a suspect. This place is horrible to live in. In 6 months it went from a reasonable place to live to mostly a section 8 living quarters. Maintenance never fixed anything properly and never had the correct tools. They went 4 months one time without cutting the grass. One summer the pool was closed for 2 months because they had no chemicals to clean the pool. The pool was as green as the grass. Only 1 pool is open even though they have 2. This was a horrible place to live. Dont expect to get any respect unless you are parting with your money.
