I lived there for 2 years atleast. Only because I wanted to keep a good rental history. The management changes numerous times with out proper notification. I have seen mold and evidence of rats in my neighbors apartments that were not handled. When I finally was able to move, during the clean out the management flipped my breaker so I would not have power during my clean out and I thought it was Reliant...it wasn't! Then they lied and reported to the credit agency I didn't clean it out and other falsifications. When the hurricane hit and tore up a bunch of buildings they offered to those residents some options and as soon as the media stopped paying attention they revoked their offers. Please take into heavy consideration before even looking at this place. Not to mention the enviornment is not too safe.

you choose to stay you didnt have to.. they are very nice in the office and will work with you if you talk. and on the mold maybe noone ever told them becuase i have seen mold people out numerous times.. we moved here because the hurricane tore up our trailor.. and havent had any problem
