to everyone who says no to this apartment ... there are times when maintance can't go into the apartments because trashy people that live inside ... you guys want to say that this place is trashy look at your own lifes and if you are complaining that maintance is not fast enough ... it is probly because you didn't pay your rent on time like your suppose to .... i like where i live and the staff is enjoyable as long as you hold up you end of the lease

and about the maintance its not like your the only house they have to fix there are over 100 apt in this place and they are constantly on the move from one place to the next my husband is construction and has done maintance at place adn let me tell you. just because you call 100 times doesnt mean they will get to you any faster they start at the most important or urgant then go to the first who called, and sometimes they have an emergancy and have to stop.. we have only been here 3 weeks but let me tell you we called maintance at 1am bc i was using the toaster and it blew a circuit and the maintance guy came over in the snow which you texans arent familiar with and turned on the box again bc we didnt know which box outside was our thisis at 1 in the morning freezing cold in snow he did this which i am very thankful for bc i have 4 little ones. so the maintance is awesome they are very loving and i would rather have them in my home then some of the other people i have met..

these apartments suck. i pay my rent on time every month. my apartment is remarkably clean. we don't bother anyone. we're quiet and keep to our selves. but those lazy ------- still can't get ---- done. i have a gas leak that i've since january that they never have time to fix. I'M FIVE MONTHS PREGNANT... and they don't care. the assisstant manager has a bad habit of getting in drunkin fights with her boyfriend probably about drugs. because they all do them.
