Staff is rude and not helpful at all with problems that residents have. When they are approached for assistance, they are non-chalant, then make you wait forever to fix the problem. A majority of residents in the "G" building are selling drugs and this has been brought to the Managers attention several times but still continues to be a problem. There is Gang activity among teenagers that is constantly growing worse with each passing day. Health Department and Apartment Management (RMI Management) has already been notified of the lead paint, mold in the bathrooms, unsafe living conditions, etc. I would not recommend this place to someone with children. Bay Harbour has millions of dollars owed in debt knowing that they are very close to being shut down and continue to raise rent monthly without notice. If you own pets, I suggest keeping a close eye on them since they tend to come up missing daily. The Village Apartments are better to reside in then these apartments.

I used to reside there and had problems similar to what you mentioned, but ever since I moved to Forest View I have not been happier. Management is great and they are currently renovating the property and have definitely made improvements. You should move here. Maintenance comes out to fix my problems when anything comes up. I would recommend this place to anyone.
