I have lived here since 2006 and have been here through alot of the changes that have taken place and most recently a new owner and management company has taken them over and things are wonderful. They havce a very caring staff and have always taken care of any issues I have had. I have lived on two other properties in Baytown and find this to be by far the best and would highly recommend you to check them out. The place is extremely quiet and clean all the time. I hope you all get to experience what I do at these apartments.

I don't know who you are - but I was taught that you would go to 'hell' for lying! We've lived at Bay Harbour since '05 and it's not getting any better. In fact, in the past 2 months, we've been without hot water @ 5 separate times. Some days we have no water at all! Please do NOT move here - it is NOT peaceful and there is a lot of drug and gang activity taking place. We'll be moving as soon as our lease is up in a few months.

WE JUST MOVED IN AND I HAVE NOT NOTICED ANY NOISE PROBLEM NOR DRUG OR GANG. THE STAFF HAVE BEEN VERY HELPFUL AND HEY I HAVE LIVED IN FAR WORSE YOU CHOSSE TO SIGN THE LEASE SO PBVISOUSLY YOU DIDNT THINK IT WAS TOO BAD.. YOU CHOOSE TO LIVE HERE SO STOP YOUR BITCHING.. YOU CAN MOVE IF YOU WANTED. I THINK THEY ARE REALLY NICE AND THE RENT IS VERY REASONABLE AND THEY ARE WORKING ON FIXING THE PLACE UP IT WAS BUILT IN 71 AND THE HURRICAINE HAS CAUSED ALOT OF FAMAGE I KNOW WE GOT NEW CABNITS, FLOORS, AND EVERYTHING IS SUPER NICE.. I GIVE IT A 9 OUT OF 10 RATING..
