Not safe at all

Years at this apartment: 1997 - 1998
 
These are not safe they are small for the money you pay the owner screams at tenants.The maintence is very poor.It took two weeks to fix the air conditioning.The driveways need improved.The people are wildly type. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
