If you want a "getto" to live in, this is the place!! Gansters hang on the stairs all day and stare at you like their gonna jump on you for walking by, and GOD forbid if you have to walk up to your apt. when they are sitting on the steps!!! The staff is awfull and won't do anything about them. Small kids run wild all day in the middle of the streets and breeze ways yelling and curseing with a mouth worse than a sailor!! Weed smoking and other drug activity is a big problem too!! The police are always on the property for one thing or another all the time. Always takeing care of fighting, vandalls, drug activity, tire slashings, loud music form "BOOM" cars, Ect. This place has very much gone down hill in the last year or so. There is just too many "Do-Rag wearing" hoodlums now!!!!

pleases learn how to speak. and what does it matter what they are wearing. i know plenty of people who live there. nothing is wrong with it. yes alot of people sit outside. i didn't know it was a crime to sit outside your own house. you're just scared.
