Well when I first moved in these apts back in Feb '03 I exsprienced the worst case of roaches I ever had in my life. They also have gas burning stoves which I did not like at all. The pilot on my oven keep going out and I didn't know anything about lighting a pilot. It took them some weeks before maintence came and did something about it. I guess it's an alright place to live. The staff in the office are pretty friendly. The pool is nice. The community is clean and mostly quiet. If you have roaches they'll send someone out to exterminate. It works but the ceiling in my bathroom broke through and no one came to seal it up and the roaches are trying to come back.........
