These apartments are infested with roaches and mold my children stayed sick because of the mold. When I complained (many others did also)they did nothing! The assistant manager "J" is very sweet but the manager needs a customer service class. Oh the pool was close down ever week during the summer by the city of baytown because the chemicals levels were not right. They opened it during the weekend (yuk!) The big pool in the back(the big one ) could not be open because it was cracked and the did not want to pay to have it repaired. One good thing is the grounds are beautiful but the apartments are old and need to be renovated. I wish I had found this web site before I moved in! Oh they did not let me see the apt. before I moved in they said they were puttind in new carpet. They showed me the asstant managers apt. new cabinets, toilets and holes in the walls. My toilets and the cabinets were old as my grandmother and I had holes and roacgers ever were . Oh my bedroom windows would not open also! I could go on forever but I won't. I give The Meadows Apts. a BIG THUMBS DOWN!!!!I could not wait to leave!!!!!!
