i like others also have mold they sent someone out and they vacuumed the floor after the a/c went out and got water everywhere they were supposed to get rid of the mold but it is still here they were also supposed to send someone out to clean the carpet because of water damge i am still waiting on that. I have not had any roach problems but they never fix anything i had 2 cabinets doors fall off and a kitchen draw they were ordering them but i guess they got lost cuz i am still waiting on that too i would only recommend these apartments as far as to stay a year to get on your feet but not forever i will be glad to get out of here
