the meadows is not at all a safe healthy place to live.i do not sugest living here.
The apartments are old and out dated,as are the buildings.inside the apartments tiles are coming up, walls are poorly repared,mold,mold and more mold.there is sewage outside the apartments in the back.and sure,if you live in the front,everything is ok and even looks ok,at first glance,who would even know.but, you can smell the sewer when first entering the the complex on or after a rainy day.toilets back up and smelly brown water comes into the downstairs homes while its raining.the manager will not anser a question dirrectly, she talks 2 u like your an idiot and as if she were a car salesman.bricks are coming off the sides of the buildings,wood roaches are everywhere,mesquitos gather and breed because of standing water and sewage.there is a lake/river/pond in the back of the complex that IS NO LONGER BLOCKED OFF,so if you have children be careful, THEY COULD DROWN back there.the same goes for that pool that is broken, it still has water and is a major mesquito producer and it too needs fence repare.the playground is rotten,broken and very unsafe.the stairways leading to the upstairs apartments are either,broken,loose or missing.they refuse to replace molded carpets,just clean it with "inzimes" and that does nothing.bugs such as wood roaches,doodle bugs and aunts rome my apartment,tubs and showers.there are mice underneath my bath tub.the only person not to knock is the maintenance manager,god bless his buisy little soul.The health department needs to condem this place for sure.my children as well are remaining ill during our stay here and my new fear is west nile virus and plague from the mice,strey cats and mesquitos.Jesus, we need help here.also, teenagers hang outside near your windows being loud and rude.there are fights here and the police are called often.the lights hardly work outside making courtyards fearful to walk through.people park their vehicles in the fire lane ALL THE TIME,blocking any fire trucks if ever needed.complaints about that have never changed it.also, there are no shelves in my cabinets, i have reported this a number of times.there is for crying outloud, mold in my cabnets as well, in my bathrooms and in my carpet from numerous toilet over flows, tub back ups and over flows.this mold on my carpet is raw sewage mold.this place is just plain TRASH! dont move here.
