I have lived in here for 3 years & my stay here was very good, I have 2 newer vehicles & have never had them broken into or even scratched....the property is old..."hello" to & so of course things have broken in my three years here....however the management is very quick to fix them, there are new appliances & other than the air condition that started blowing less than cold air a few times I cant even think of anything else that broke while I was here. The property is older & so the rent I guess is cheaper here than at t newer property however I think its worth every penny. I dont know of all the other bad things that all of the other comments that all of the other people have left here however I have never felt unsafe here in the three years that I've lived here & I dont think that there is that much crime since the property is surrounded by houses & neighborhoods....I am moving to Houston because of the distance I have to drive...however if you are looking into the Meadows Apts...& you visit it & you think that you will like it...then you will. The managers in the office Jessica & Amy have both been here for as long as I've been here & they're both very very helpful & get the work orders done quickly. As a 4 year college graduate that lived in many apartments in Austin while college The management here at this property does an excellent job.....the only complaint that I have again is that they probably just need to replace my ac unit instead of continuously fixing it...however it has performed well 98% of the three years & for a property of this age..& for the price of the rent...that to me...is not bad at all...since they always have fixed it the same day that I let them know...I rate this property very very good....& the management staff EXCELLENT
