I lived in the Meadows for a couple of years & moved out about 4 months ago, & I do have to say that while I am hard to please that I do recommend The Meadows to anyone that is looking for an okay in-exspensive place to live. While its no Beverly Hills....HELL, its really nothing special, however I never had any serious problems while I lived there. Jessica the assistant manager is probably the sweetest, & greatest manager at an apartment that I've ever dealt with....."she's a good woman". Amy, the Property manager is a good woman as well, but she can go off on you without warning....."But I have ultimate respect for her since she is still very understanding & is willing to work with anyone". Jessica needs to be promoted to being a property manager somewhere & I am going to call Northland & tell them that. The only problem that I can say that I had in the two years that I lived there is the air condition broke at least twice a summer & it racked up a hefty summer Reliant bill....."it needs to be replaced", other than that....The Meadows is a good place to live...
