They would never come to fix problems until weaks later...MOLD...had a baby...would not come to fix AC...My boyfriend was robbed in the parking lot...People were selling drugs, smoking weed, all around. The office would do nothing about anything. The office people were rude, late on getting the bills to me. They have two pools...but you can only swim in the little one...the big one has been closed for like 5 years for repair...lol...

Hey go back and look at the big pool. We are spending over $50,000 to rebuild and reopen it. Also check out the brand new boardwalk and the cleared out old Marina area. We will board walk that as well. The overall renovation plan is close to $2 million and we will soon be the nicest apartment complex in Baytown. We took over just 2 weeks ago.
