I have lived there for 3 months now. The place is cleaning up in matters of looks, but the drugs are everywhere, i hear guns being shot at night. The only decent lady in the office no longer works there. I call to have something fixed and the lady (casey) never seems to put in the order, or call the maitenence guys. And I see that when people dont pay there rent on time, the apartment manager brings cops to your apt and takes your stuff even when you are not home!!!!That should be Illegal

yea, the guns thing is very believable considering some guy was shot in the face while sitting in his car there at the boardwalk of baytown.Was less than 6 mths ago,all over the newspaper because the 3 guys that did it ran from the police.1 was at large for about a week.The papers said it all happened because it was a drug deal gone bad. Insane.

work orders are always submitted as given i have noticed, sometimes maintance takes longer to get around to your unit, but as far as kayce she's super nice and always willing to help you out in some way or another. As far as the drugs no matter where you live someone is going to be smoking weed that just want happens when you live in an apartment complex as for the gun shot i have never heard them. The mananger is doing her job read your lease contract if you don't pay they have every right to take something of value until you pay in full. You don't like it either pay on time or move out and buy a house make your own rules but when you can't pay your morgage they will take more then your TV.
