I've lived here for almost two years and I have had to consistantly request that they come out and fix my A/C. Normally it takes them a week to come out and fix anything and when they finally due it only works for a few days and then it breaks down again. The pipes have frozen and when they thawed it out it saturated my carpet creating mold to grow up my walls. It took them nearly two weeks to come out and vaccum up the water, the mold was painted over!!! It's not summer and it's very hot and humid and AGAIN my A/C is not working, I have put in 5 work requests since the beginning of April and only ONE of them have been fullfilled, but again, it's not working. I'm very uncomfortable in my house and I'm DONE with this place!

There was an EN0RM0US problem with mold in my apartment, there was mold on the air vents and especially in the shower! It was disgusting! I would spray bleach on the mold growth spots and exactly the next day...the black hairy mold came back.
