Umm...Where do I start ' Would I recomend these apartments ' Hell No ! Office staff is more rude than not, they sit and talk about all the renters infront of other renters and nothing is ever fixed then when you ask about it over and over and over again , they get mad at you for not contacting the correct office staff and becomes a blame game !It seems to me you should be able to contact any one person in that office when there is a problem and that problem be taken care of . If you ask me they have false advertisment , they take you into a fully redone apartment with EVERYTHING updated then tell you about all the money spend on updating the apartments then when it comes down to it , you cant see the apartment your gonna get until the lease is signed ! Then and only then you get the keys to your new run down home !! If you rent here Good Luck with it !

This review is comical! I seen the model before I moved in it is not new or updated, it looks just like my apartment, but mine didn't come with furniture. Not quite sure where you looked, you must be confused. The girls in the office are only rude when you don't pay your bills. I am not perfect so I have had this experience.

I agree with the first user response. Of course the model is going to look better than the apartments they rent out. The staff would have to be idiots to NOT make the model nicer. I also agree that it seems that you have problem with the staff only because you cannot remember what baloney story you told to who about why once again you cannot pay your rent. If you cannot tell that millions were spent transforming the hell hole that was "The Meadows" into what is now "Boardwalk of Baytown", you must be blind.

Well first of all I paid my bills and second I didnt say I was perfect either but boardwalk of baytown is a hell hole ! Ive known more ppl to move out of there while I was there the past year than ppl that moved in and stayed !! So if you like your apartment than thats fine but maybe you just got 1 that had been updated !! not me but thats ok ! never again will I be there !

I agree with the person who posted this comment. I had a broken oven for the first month and a half i lived here!!! i've had nothing but problems with my heat and a/c. and to top it off i have a small child. i pay my rent a week before its due so that has nothing to do with it!!!! You people are just trying to start a battling blame game. if you have such a nice apartment i would like to know what number you live in so i can see what the hell your raving about. I had a problem with my a/c and the men came in and taped styrofoam to the top of my a/c unit!!!!! these apartments are nothing but rigged. nothing is ever fixed properly. and the laundry room is always flooded.... and guess who pays for the water pouring out???? the residents!!!!! When i moved in the whole place was horribly dirty. i had to bleach everything before my child could run around. not to mention that EVERYTHING has been painted over... holes, counters, doors. n that wouldnt' be bad if they had done it properly rather than adding the 10th coat of paint!!! If i can help it i will not be renewing my lease either. We pay our rent we deserve to be treated like human beings.
