I moved in not too long ago and yes the place is pretty nice and clean and the ladies that work in the front are really nice and help as much as they can. But the maintenence sucks, I have had nothing but trouble when it comes to getting something fixed, its like they just want your money but not fix what is wrong. And the pet deposit is $300 and non-refundable.....thats a little much if your not getting anything back maybe if you got half back at least when you moved out. but the prices on the apartment are pretty resonable if you cant affors much like me.

I currently live in the apartment complex. I must say that the rent is very affordable , however the maintenence is very poor it make me want to just break my lease. The management team is poor in my sight because they hire people for maintenence and the never come out . It is horrible that they never come to fix anything.I wind up having to foot additional cost out of pocket because they don't do their job ...... the laundry mat is always flooded plumbing is just bad . I will not renew my lease !!!!!
