If you ever wondered what its like in hell, just move in here and you will see. Everyone that does work in the office is rude, maintenance can't do their job, and it takes forever for them to come and fix anything that is wrong. But they don't really fix it, they just patch it up for the time being. Also the office people don't care about how many people live in one apartment, their are about 20 people living next door the me. The noise around is so loud, there is always people fighting and yelling, slamming doors. And also people doing their durgs in the parking alot, and don't care whos around to see them, it could be you or your kids. They also, drive really fast around here too. Also, there are no lights on at night, so your walking around or getting out of your cars in pitch black darkness. I wouldn't recommend anyone moving into these apartments, all they care about is getting your money for the rent and thats it.

I just moved in over the weekend. I'm glad that I didn't know about this site before I moved in or I wouldn't have and would have regretted it. I love my apartment it's big and nice, especially for what I pay. My boyfriend and I walked down to the water Saturday night around midnight; we didn't see or hear anyone it was really peaceful sitting there listening to the water. I called the after hours number Sunday because I forgot the gate code; Amy called me back within the hour. The girls in the office are so super nice they helped me get electric and cable in my apartment. Kacy even referred me to a furniture place near by where I got new furniture. I wouldn't call this place hell I used to live in another complex around the corner and you can call that hell.

I agree with the second comment.... that gate has been broke for weeks... so i'm not sure what apartment your talking about but nobody needs a code to get in these apartments... and there are no lights.... i was on my porch late one night and a older gentleman fell down his stairs because there are no lights.... as well as being told ppl have been mugged before on the grounds. and you are also totally right about them wanting your money... if your rent is late they charge you 50 dollars the first day and i believe 30 everyday after... which would be understandable if they held up their end of the lease. I can't even count the times me and my neighbors have had to fix our own things..... maintance men are extremly nice but sooo slow. i think most the time they forget about you. oh and the fliers they give out about the electric is false. at least it was when i moved in.... it said the electric was 13 cents per kw on the flier but its actually 17 cents. which is normal but false advertisement.

I think this anon 2/9/09 is a plant. Because anyone who has lived here would never give this place praise. Ive lived in these apartment for a year and a half. And there is one thing you need to know. Is that people smoke weed on their porches fight and play loud annoying rap music. And theres a drug problem reoccuring. It went away for a bit but ive seen some people around I haven't seen since I first moved in. I used to like these apartment but then "nice" office ladies turn into ------- really fast as soon as you want the to do some real work. they also hold grudges. They just want your money. Ive always paid my rent on time but they are still ------- to me, they dont hold up their end of the contract, its a lawsuit waiting to happen. Move here if you need a place. But not if you want a home. This is no place to have kids or to build a life. Seriously this place is horrible and thats why im moving somewhere else.

I just want to address everything in all these wonderfull comments! First the boardwalk is not meant to be used at midnight, dont you think it would disturb the residents who's homes were on the water??? Any fees are as per your contract as well as the the electric company, you should probably read or at least understand what you sign prior to signing or agreeing! They do offer classes at Lee College which is less than 4 miles from the property if you need any HELP with that! If there are any grudges held it is probably because you said you were going to pay on a certain day and then I come to your apt the next day and you have no $$$$$ to pay for the place where you eat, sleep, shower and live everyday! That is pretty SORRY if you ask me! The gate wouldn't be broken all the time if everyone understood you drive on the right side of the road this is not England so, if the entrance is open you dont try to hurry to get out and hit something to make the gate malfunction! If you are in that much of hurry and you can't wait 5 seconds for the exit to open you should have got your lazy ass out of bed when your alarm went off!!! I'm not quite sure what real work you are referring to but, I do recall all the office staff being here immediately after the hurricane picking up debris and cleaning up the property that you live at yet don't bother to pay for. Now they are not qualified to fix your A/C or anything like that if that is what you were referring to???? And finally maintenance: if you follow proper procedure which is submit your work order request in writing, not tell the maintenance man when he is out on the property, you will get your items addressed I assure you! Thanks and have a wonderful day!!!

This is so funny. I love how the office people have to write in here to make their selfs look good. The office is so rude. And being here right after the Ike that is some funny stuff. I didnt see one person from that office cleaning things, its was the people who lived here that did what we could. I moving out of here as soon as I can and im not going to pay for breaking my lease and if they try to fight me I will take them to court. Get this everyone, they are so called doin background checks on us now there is a registered sex offender living here. They didnt know this until he walked in and told them this. The office is also hidding stuff from us about this. There has been about 5 different people in this one apartment. Oh yea they take your money and charge you for everything they can. And for the office people I think the message before this shows you. They need to get their selves back down to the real world. and they dont fix anything There was a leak and the place got water damage and they wouldnt even going to come back to fix it until I said something and there is more then likely mold under the carpet because they are to cheap to dry it out, and change the carpet

i have lived here for amost a year and the only reason im still here is so i dont have to pay for breaking my lease. the office ppl are beyond rude... as for them fixing things the proper procedure is a load of crap. i have gone through the proper procedure for everything that has needed to be fixed in my place... and in a year nothing has been done in my apartment. my air conditioner has not been working properly since i moved in. the maintenance came in and told me that it was working fine (the only vents that work are in the living room). i have been missing a drawer in my kitchen since i moved in. i have to run my cable through a wire under my front door bc the 1 cable jack i have does not even have a wire connected to it. 1 of my toilets has been broken for months as well as my garbage disposal. so i agree with all of the tenants that have posted... the ppl in the office wouldnt know bc they make money off of us and im sure if u asked any of them to live here... they wouldnt. and as for that post from whoever it was in the office... its so sad to see that they have to stoop down to a level where they are cursing and blaming problems within their team on the tenants.
