Very nice apartment for Baytown. When I moved in the apartment had not been cleaned and all the switch plates and plates for plugs were not on the wall... But they called the head maintenance guy on his day off and he came and installed everything. As well, they had forgotten to bring the washer and dryer.. But it came within a week... Bad first experience... But I have lived there for a little over a year now, and they almost always respond to maintenance problems within 24 hours. There is a "bug guy" that comes every Friday and will address specific your specific needs if you alert the office. Good about addressing one maintenance request at a time, but if you give them a list, they usually come and fix one problem... So you have to go back... But it always gets done and gets done well. Pool & gym are always very clean. Office staff is very friendly and helpful. Apartments are in great condition. There are some down falls, but I have lived in a couple of apartments and they are just things you end up dealing with. Overall, I am very happy with my experience and have renewed my lease for another year. No break ins to my knowlege, area is very safe. If your neighbors are loud or dirty, you can tell management and action will be taken. Lawn people are there every week mowing, and trimming things plants. If someone drops some trash in the parking lot, people clean it up. Complex is kept very clean. Most recently, they started a valet trash service where you put your trash in a can they gave everyone right outside your door and they pick it up 5 nights a week. VERY VERY NICE!!
