we've lived here for awhile now and everything seemed to be going fine. then we start getting complaints on a two year old child playing as a noise violation. but we let them know about the loud, music constantly playing downstairs nothing is done. we're still waiting on someone to fix our kitchen light.

The music must have been to block the noise from the 24/7 stomping and pounding from the 2 year old.
