I moved here in 12/07 and I get along great with the staff and maintenance but my apartment has been nothing but problems. Parking is a nightmare with limited parking and neighbors constantly dinging my car with their doors and the place has had a lot of vehicle vandalism as well as residents being robbed at gunpoint. My apt has terrible plumbing and its been flooded three times in less than a year and the water pressure is very low. They shut off the water at least once a month. I have leaks and my walls are all cracked from the foundation being so bad. My doors won't close properly because the building has shifted. There is a hole in my wall from IKE that still hasn't been repaired (9 mos later) and they only halfway fix anything if at all. They usually make some excuse as to why they can't fix it after you wait forever for them to come out. My electricity bill is outrageous from the big cracks in the walls and the doors not sealing and bugs get in easily as well. I wish I had just paid more and chose a better apt complex.The carpets and fixtures and cabinets are very outdated and nasty. I had to seriously sterilize the apt upon move-in.
