This is one of the worst kept apartment complexes in Baytown. The manager, D. R. does not care about the tenants, the health, or anything else, just getting the rent in. I lived there and had major problems with the maintenace people going into my apartment and stealing things from my apt., there was water damage to my unit that never got repaired, electrical problems (we would be without power one one side of the apt for weeks at a time). And I could go on and on...be careful if you do decide to move in: when you are ready to move-out check your credit report, because if you complained too much about your unit, she turns in a false report about how you paid your rent, leaving the unit dirty, when yoiu know that you cleaned it thoroughly, take pictures before moving-in and please take pictures when you leave, I did. I now have a case pending.
