The biggest mistake was moving into these apartments. There are constantly police cars on the grounds because of all the drug deals, wacko people, etc.

Management doesn't care about you at all. All that they care about is getting their money.

There were so many things wrong when I moved in and I know that I'll probably be charged an arm and a leg when I move out.

They do nothing to fix the place up at all.

There are so many potholes. They don't want to fix them.

There are always "gangs" of people just hanging out at night.

The swimming pool is always green.

The water bills are very high. Be prepared to pay almost $100 for water.
