	this apartment community is privately owned with the owners hardly ever there to take care of the property. They have no maintance personal and no manager. It somewhat floods in the courtyard during the rain they have a constant problem ... more

	From the moment I moved in the place was a nightmare! I had a downstairs neighbor that constantly harrassed me by blaring her music(with extremely loud bass) at all times of the night and banged on her ceiling as well ... more
