this would be a nice place, but its impossible to get anything fixed. I've been waiting over a month to get a few hours of work done, and its not for lack of reminding the maintenece and office staff. Also, beware the basement apartment in the back courtyard, the sweet old lady living there is moving because it has flooded 3 times in the past month.

Brady, This was uneccessary! Your work has been completed. And if it's so bad here why did you transfer from a one bedroom to a two bedroom this last month. There are other complex's with large dog acceptence.

My work is not complete. the outlet has not been fixed, the shower has no pressure, the dishwasher has not been installed, and the holes have not been patched.
Steve and mario keep putting me off or telling me the other one will fix the problem.
I had no problems in the old place. I assumed that fact, along with the outragous transfer fee, would mean i wouldnt have noproblems here.
I realize that the problems are more the fault of the owners policies than management, but that doesnt fix my apartment. In any other state I would withhold rent, but since I cant do that in texas, I wrote a review. At least it reflects the ample parking.
