This is the crapiest apartments I have ever lived in, in my life

our air conditioner has not worked properlly since we have lived here. the landlord told me she would not fix our air conditioner, our sink has messed up 3 times already and we've only been here for 2 months. they do not fix ne thing that they are suppost to. when we moved in our carpets were terribly stained. in one of the rooms it looks as if there is 2 huge blood stains. i have seen the cops here at least 3 to 4 times a night since we have been here. i have heard of atleast 2 stories of people being murdered with in the last year. i wouldn't recommend these apartments to my worst enemy. and everyone has a different rent rate
