Great place for a single person to live

I have lived here for 8 months and love the little community. The lawns are well kept and the management is great. If I had a problem it was fixed the same day. The only complaint I have is the walls are too thin between the duplexes. If you are a heavy sleeper then you shouldn't have any problems living here.
I would recommend Pecan Grove Duplexes to anyone. Nice and quiet!
