Ive lived in Raintree 2 years this November and i love being a resident the apartments are nice and quiet the people who work in the office are awesome and very friendly. There has been so much improvement to the complex since we have lived here and i see them doing so much stuff all the time. They just resently got new fences around the trash cans and got new ones or painted them i dont know. Maintnence is great they get stuff done before you know it if you ever have a problem. I have had alot of friends move in to raintree and they say they like it alot too. Though there is some parking issues near my apartment i dont really care walking a little further doesnt hurt me. Me and my husband actually just moved into a larger apartment with no problem and we love that we have more space for our baby girl to play. i think this is a great apartment complex for families to live and it is close to all the stores and resturants were we dont have to travel far. I really recommend people to live here.
