I lived these apartments for a year. There was always people drinking and playing loud music in the community courtyard late into the night on the weekends. The apartments were small and in poor condition. These apartments are known for keeping your security deposit for bogus charges, I know from personal experience. None of the apartment staff seem to know whats going on half the time, and they just try to avoid you if you question them about anything. I would strong advise against living in these apartments.
