I would strongly recommend against anyone moving to this location. I had problems with management and the complex since my move in date back in Fall of 04. It takes what seems like an act of God to get items repaired. Simple things for example such as lighting around the complex, pool maintenance to repairs inside such as sinks leaking to toilets overflowing. The staff is rarely in the office and the hours change all the time. You can never find someone after hours as the phone forwarding system has not worked proper for years (as Im told by former employees.) The staff does not seem to have their act together and to make matters worse they do not have the lease agreement well-versed and recited. The electric and water bills are grossly above average for a one bedroom averaging 135 175 dollars for electric and 20 40 dollars for water. The issues at this complex reach much farther than the surface all the way to core management; MBS Management Company, Inc. in Meteria, LA. The issues are evident in other complexes managed by MBS Management Company, Inc. as well. Save the trouble, spend a few more dollars and move somewhere responsive to your needs; somewhere willing to go the extra mile. Ive had it with this place; Ill be moving out shortly.
