Don't move here. Management is terrible. Never have we had a manager that gets the job done. MBS Management is notorious for being trouble. Stay away from this property and Hunt Garden.
The apartments are falling apart. You call the office and they don't care.
There were no lights outside for several weeks, making it dangerous.
Police were called multiple times for gunshots, muggings, robberies. All of this and they STILL don't replace lighting.
Grounds are disgusting. Not landscaped often. They never empty the dumpsters.
The office staff is NEVER in and when they are, they can't answer any of your questions. The mailboxes are broken and people can't get their mail. They manager doesn't care.
