I don't care what the managers or office staff says they feed you crap!!! none of it is true they just want you to move in so they can get your money and once you are in they treat you like you are no one. they do not try to fix anything at all. they truly do not care. if you have a problem they don't care they take their sweet time to fix it. they don't care your living with the problem not them.

i would not recommend anyone moving to this location unless you want sorry management and people who don't care.

they should realize all of this is why there are so many empty apartments at this location!!!

If it's such a dump why don't you move? Maybe you should look to the actual management co. They are the one's who don't care! It's not the office staff's fault....they do the best they can. Contact mbsresident@mbscompanies.com or 281-556-1311 maybe they can help you. That's what I did and it worked.
