I know what the ghetto is and this is one. These apts are 625 for two bedrooms.My husband got this apt because he was in a rush. Nothing but promblems. They have roaches really bad. I guess if you are use to living with you, it will not bother you. I was not use to this and you ask them to spray seems like they would be happy to do it wrong!!!The two janitors suck barely do anything and have a attitude when you ask for help. Rats in the wash house and no lights most of the time inside. The apt was not cleaned, stove was not clean, carpet dirty and stained. We were in a lease so we were trapped. Ac leaked in bathroom through ceiling on everthing and the ceiling was made of wood with mildew on it. Did not have new blinds or any blinds. Their was always a leak in someone apt where they had to come in mine to break through wall. One day the janitor tryed to come in and my daughter was not dress and I had to tell him to wait. They have a simming pool but it is nasty. The janitors smoke weed so much that could be why they dont want to fix things. The janitor told my husband he saves the boss alot of money because he barely fixes things.Loud music in parking lot.You suppose to havr two parking spaces but people that worked their used mine.
