My wife and I have lived in this complex for 6 months and it has gone downhill drastically in that time. The new property manager is a sarcastic -----. She is only worried about some report that has to be turned in and not the fact that my unit is getting flooded. She then told me "I'm a mold expert because I've taken a couple of classes." My wall is ruined and needs to be replaced, yet they only will caulk it. My carpet is wet and they only want to shampoo it. They have told me several times they will be by my apartment to fix it, yet they always have an excuse as to why they did not make it.
The parking is bad.
Some of the tennants who are college students throw massive pool parties and blatantly disregard all rules. So, instead of evicting the culprits, they lock the pool so those of us paying $900 can't access all the amenities we pay for.
I have tried leaving numerous voicemails for the property manager, the supervisor over her and the supervisor over her and none have been returned. All they want is your money.
