These apartments are exceptionally nice for Beaumont. However, the parking availability is not there at all. The only way to have a spot is if you stay home all day and never leave. That being said, these apartment are not intended for college students and families should be aware that one car is hard enough to find a parking spot for during commute hours and evenings.

One car per unit is a challenge to accomodate! I try to have my wife drop me off in her volvo every morning.
