I've lived here for 4 months. The apartment is OK, but the air conditioning is aweful! I've had maintenance out to fix it, and it still doesn't work right. I can only set it for 80 degrees, if I set it lower then it ices over. Very frustrating with the summer heat and humidity! Although the staff is nice, they request to come in the apartment for one reason or another every month. The parking is over crowded, and if you can get home by 6 pm then you can find a spot, otherwise you are parking far from your unit. It is very quite here which is a huge plus, and feels very safe. Overall, if they had better air conditioning then I would give this place a 4. Without this fixed, I would not recommend it to other travelers.
