We've been living here for 7 months now and we love it! the location is away from the "city noise" and still close to everything. the area is really safe and quiet. I've only heard my neighbors twice, and maintenance is really good. Our 1 bedroom apartment is upstairs, with an attic, and about 800 sq ft. grounds keepers come at least twice a month and keep the grass and sidewalk cut down. ample lighting at night. washer and dryer ARE included in each unit.
