I rented from Burns Properties for two years and everything was great. One Christmas night, I locked myself out of the house so I called the the office and the answering service picked up. I told them my delima and they siad they would contact the person on call. Mr Burns, owner of the company, met me at his office at 10:00PM to give me a spare key. I don't know too many people that would do that, especially like that. I moved to Houston and can't even get my apartments manager to return my telephone call for a maintenance item. Burns Property is a caring company.
